Rudolf Kruse is a Professor of Computer Science. From 1996 -2017 he was the leader of the Computational Intelligence Research Group at the Department of Computer Science of the University of Magdeburg, see http://fuzzy.cs.uni-magdeburg.de. Since 2017 he has the status of an emeritus professor. He is still active in research and teaching.
